I have over 10 years experience in capacity building and partnership development in the third sector. I have been able to successfully transfer the skills and knowledge gained over to the private sector when I established an IT recruitment company in 2008. As Director I was involved in all aspects of the business including branding, marketing, client and business development, as well as training and managing consultants.
In addition to my role as Business Growth Partner I run my own consultancy business working with SMEs and charities to train and coach staff in leadership and management, as well as managing projects. I am also a trustee of “Coaching Inside and Out” – a social enterprise founded to provide coaching opportunities to prisoners in order to reduce the reoffending cycle.
I have a genuine passion for business development and don’t believe in just “ticking a box” when it comes to training, mentoring or coaching. I am able to apply my experience to generate ideas, provide advice and guidance, and help businesses achieve their potential.
