With 41 years spent in financial services largely within the general SME and professionals sectors, senior leadership development, sales, marketing and credit roles, sometimes covering teams up to 100 strong, he has a wealth of experience, knowledge and talent which he has positively utilized since joining Advantage. He has a large network, takes clients outside their comfort zone in order to maximize potential and enjoys being at the helm, whether or not the waters are calm, choppy, gale or storm force!
